Member Spotlight: Rebecca Stull

Rebecca is a junior at Temple University majoring in strategic communication with a concentration in public relations. She’s also minoring in sociology. Rebeccua has been a member of Temple PRSSA for three semester now and has been a active member in both our mentorship program and communtiy service and fundraising committee.

Why do you love PRSSA? I love PRSSA because it offers so many opportunities to help within the community and it’s also a great way to meet new people.

Member Spotlight: Helena Wilcox

Helena is a sophomore at Temple University majoring in strategic communication with a concentration in public relations. Since joining Temple PRSSA this spring, Helena has been an active participant in our chapter, from becoming a member of our public relations committee to having a business card handy to connect with a guest speaker. Helena also recently accepted a staff member position with PRowl Public Relations.

Hometown: Penndel, PA

Why do you love PRSSA? While I just joined PRSSA this semester, so far I’ve enjoyed meeting new people and having the opportunity to network with guest speakers. I’m hoping to meet more people with similar interests and plan to take advantage of the networking and workshop opportunities.

Dream Job: Anything with entertainment/fashion PR or special event planning.

Favorite social media platform: I recently started being more active on Twitter, but I’m also a fan of Tumblr.

Coolest place you’ve ever traveled to: I’ve gotten to travel a lot with family, but my favorites have -probably- been Alexandria and Cairo in Egypt, traveling to Masada and the Dead Sea in Israel and Ephesus, Turkey.
